Contract award is anticipated for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. The anticipated period of performance will be for approximately 36 months. This requirement will be procured on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NGSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, integrator, and producer of the MQ-4C Triton air vehicles and ground stations. Therefore, NGSC is the only known responsible source possessing the engineering data, technical skills, and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, and operational characteristics of the MQ-4C UAS required to perform the necessary efforts.
