The Contractor shall furnish all of Washington Aqueduct?s phosphoric acid 75% in accordance with the specifications within this Statement of Work (SOW). Phosphoric acid is used at Washington Aqueduct?s two water treatment plants (WTPs), Dalecarlia WTP and McMillan WTP. The phosphoric acid shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B507, latest revision, except as modified or supplemented herein, and shall be certified to meet National Sanitation Foundation / American National Standards Institute Standard (NSF/ANSI) Standard 60.
