USDA s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has a construction requirement to resurface several epoxy floors at Moore Air Base in Edinburg, Texas. Background: Building 6417 at Moore Air Base is a Mexican Fruit Fly Containment Lab. The Mexican Fruit Fly Program is charged with the eradication of Mexican Fruit Flies from the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas and the northern municipalities of Tamaulipas, Mexico.
