NAWCAD WOLF Uninterruptible Power Supply N68335-25-R-0471

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Solar Stik Inc. (Solar Stik), CAGE: 4TFB8 for the issuance of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will be for the procurement of Solar Stik Uninterruptible Power Supplies in support of the United States Special Operations Command the Radio Integration System (RIS) Family of Systems (FoS) communication systems upgrades for the RIS Program. Solar Stik is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole distributor of the required Uninterruptible Power Supplies. Only Solar Stik Inc. Uninterruptible Power Supplies meet the unique requirements for a tactical, portable transit case Uninterruptible Power Supplies that is rugged and capable of operating in austere environments, provides the required backup power, accepts direct current input power, and is stackable and lockable with existing RISs for secure transportation. The Solar Stik Inc. Uninterruptible Power Supplies work in conjunction with other equipment designed into the RIS FoS. Solar Stik Inc. is the only manufacturer that provides an Uninterruptible Power Supplies solution that meets technical requirements and ensures interoperability with the existing systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
