Solicitation N00421-25-Q-1335 is issued as a brand name procurement. This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for transit cases (various cases), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 52.219-6. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
