Summary

AI-generated · Sep 19, 2025

Provide on-site shredding services for NAVSUP WSS offices in Philadelphia, Mechanicsburg, and Norfolk, including supplying and placing 146 lockable, secure receptacles across multiple buildings: 9 Mechanicsburg admin buildings (73 small and 3 large = 76), 3 Philadelphia admin buildings (53 small and 4 large = 57), and 1 Norfolk admin building (13 small). Receptacles must be visually appropriate for permanent placement in common/office areas; they must be emptied every two weeks, with contents taken directly to the shredding vehicle and shredded on-site, with all shredded material recycled. Each site requires a one-time yearly shredding event. The award will be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for a base 12-month period plus three 12-month option periods, based on competitive quotations.

A later notice clarifies that this is a new requirement (not a follow-on) and corrects the total number of required receptacles to 146 (not 139); bidders should rely on the statement of work for the exact details and distribution.
