The excavated material will be distributed among the Fernandina Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site ODMDS)(D/A-O), the Fernandina Nearshore Placement Area (P/A-N), and the North Beach Placement Area (P/A-NB). Incidental work includes turbidity monitoring, environmental species monitoring, vibration monitoring, beach fill quality control, beach tilling, screening, and sea turtle and sturgeon trawling. Option A includes tilling and escarpment removal at Fort Clinch Placement Area (P/A-F) beach portion only, not groins area. NAICS Code 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Standard is $37 million The Magnitude of construction is $10,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00. This project will have an estimated period of performance of 185 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), including 60 calendar days to commence work. The total completion time of 185 calendar days includes the following: 180 Calendar days for the BASE (Incl.
