The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI-424294-OH&S) to identify qualified vendors and gather input on potential solutions to support an upcoming acquisition to deliver Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) services. To strengthen OH&S governance, ensure operational compliance, and reduce preventable incidents, NCIA requires a multi-year contracted support arrangement for professional OH&S services across multiple NCIA locations The purpose of this RFI is to obtain input from industry to help inform the NCIA s acquisition planning. Responses to this RFI will assist in refining requirements, identifying capabilities, and shaping the strategy for any future solicitation. This RFI is issued for planning purposes only. It is part of NCIA s effort to ensure it has a clear understanding of the marketplace, available capabilities, and potential acquisition strategies. NCIA values your insight and invites you to share relevant corporate capabilities and experience; review and comment on its draft requirements with a view to providing recommendations for improving performance outcomes, competition, and efficiency; and identify any risks or concerns that should be considered during planning. This RFI is issued solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). Responses are to be submitted no later than 12:00 hours CET on 10 October 2025. Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce. Please submit your responses to the RFI Point of Contact, whose email is provided on page 5 of the RFI. Any response to this RFI shall be provided on a cost-free voluntary basis. Not responding will not prejudice or cause the exclusion of companies from any future procurement that may arise from this RFI. Responses to this RFI, and any information provided within the context of this RFI, including but not limited to pricing, quantities, capabilities, functionalities, and requirements, will be considered as information only and will not constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of NCIA/NATO to enter any procurement process or make any purchase. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
