The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify currently available identity and access cards management systems/solutions on the market that fulfil the requirements presented in the RFI. At this stage, NCIA is seeking to evaluate all the available systems/solutions on the market that can provide a technological, robust, capable, and cost-effective solution to NATO. The system shall be capable of being deployed and used within NATO, NATO Nations, and during NATO deployed operations, and only those software solutions that have intellectual property rights fully residing in NATO member countries will be considered. The NCIA reference for this RFI is RFI-CO-424317-AMIS, and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should reference this number. This RFI is for planning and informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or obligation on the part of the NCIA. NCIA does not intend to award a contract based solely on responses to this RFI. Respondents are solely responsible for all costs incurred in responding to this RFI. NCIA will consider and analyze all information received from this RFI and may use these findings to develop a future solicitation. NCIA will consider all responses, to include any indicative pricing estimates, as confidential commercial information and will protect it as such.
