National Support Services Contract (NSSC) Architect-Engineering and Related Support Services 2032H8-25-R-00015

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to provide comprehensive architectural engineering design services to support the IRS Facilities Management and Security Services (FMSS) Division, National Office headquarters, business unit divisions/functions and their associated territory, area and industry offices, ten (10) submission processing sites, several customer services sites, three (3) campus locations- Austin, Kansas City, and Ogden, two (2) Enterprise Computing Center- Martinsburg and Memphis and various Posts of Duty (POD) Nationwide. The FMSS division serves as the IRS focal or central point dealing with the planning, coordinating, directing and implementing of all projects and tasks that impact real estate and personal property across various business units and associated territories. Support to FMSS in these areas will be known as the National Support Services Contract (NSSC). The geographic locations are: Mid-Atlantic DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA Northeast CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT Midwest - IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD, WI Southeast- AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA Southwest AZ, NM, TX, OK, UT Ohio Valley - OH, KY, WV West Coast CA, OR, WA Pacific Territories Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

The services to be furnished under this contract include consolidated facility management services for the Brookhaven Service Center (BSC) NY. The contractor shall provide services for facility management, operation, preventive maintenance, pest control, custodial, snow removal, repair services for buildings, structures, grounds, utilities and related support systems and equipment at U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Brookhaven Service Center (BSC), 1040 Waverly Ave., Holtsville, NY 11742.
