Scrap material includes, but is not limited to: Steel Aluminum Copper / Brass Wire Other ferrous and non-ferrous metals Electronic waste (E-waste), ADP equipment, and data-bearing devices are excluded from this contract. All property is sold strictly for recycling as material content only in accordance with 41 CFR 102-38. Resale as usable property is prohibited. Contract Structure Base Period: One (1) Year Option Periods: Two (2) One-Year Options Maximum Contract Term: Three (3) Years Extension: Up to six (6) months at Government discretion Pricing Structure This is a removal-based sales contract.
