N66001-25-Q-6405 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Georater The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Georater under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request to procure a solid-state frequency converter. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001: Frequency Converter x1A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334413and the business size standard is 1250 (in employees).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
