This is a Sources Sought announcement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 and is in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine Small Business capability and interest to provide the following software application, including updates and annual subscription fees: Item Description: SOLIDWORKS NEW SOFTWARE LICENSE Part Number: SMXW Number of Units: 20 The required delivery date is 01 May 2026 and may be subject to change. SWRMC is seeking vendors with the capability to provide the previously mentioned software application under applicable NAICS 513210. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work to include any lead times, if the information is available. The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), Code 410A Procurement, intends to award a sole source requirement to LYME COMPUTER SYSTEMS, INC (LCSI), to provide SOLIDWORKS SOFTWARE LICENSES. This requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 513210 SOFTWARE PUBLISHERS. This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating the vendor's bona fide capability to provide this service or its equivalency. Responses must include company name, address, telephone number, email address, CAGE Code, and business size.
