The period of performance shall be the 12 January 2026 through 20 May 2026 . INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Repeated, frequent deliveries of 1,000 to 5,000 gallons of bulk Type 2 Grade A liquid nitrogen. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 31 December 2025, 0800 PST. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with subject line stating - RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR LIQUID NITROGEN A determination to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. PSNS and IMF Contracting Office (Code 400) will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All documents submitted will not be returned. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in providing One (1) each 100 kW Diesel Generator (DG) to serve as part of an emergency power supply system (EPSS) for providing primary power and/or standby backup power. The DG will be used in support of maintenance being conducted on a project availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Expected run time for the run time DG is less than 20 hours in a calendar year. Complete generator requirements can be found in Section 5 of the attached notational Performance Work Statement (PWS). Instructions to Submit Interest: Interested companies should submit, on company letterhead, a notice of interest including the name, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of one point of contact.
