Contractor Requirements: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to provide a fully automatic door opener at John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital at 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72005. The location is 6C-146 (PFT Clinic). The contractor shall deliver and install new equipment no later than 30 days from the award of the contract and notice to proceed has been issued. All electrical power will be provided by the agency. All work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, excluding federal holidays.
