The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation as required. RFQ 36C24726Q0083 Question: The PWS states " Supply and install one (1) new Ames 8-inch backflow: Model 2000 SE" The SE model is obsolete and has been replaced by the SS model. I have attached the specsheet for that model to this email. Will VA accept a 2000SS in place of a 2000SE? Answer: Yes the SS is fine
