The VA will designate the final location relative to the D-mark connection point, and the drop path must be approved by a Structural Engineer to ensure surrounding in-ground tanks are not damaged. After commissioning, perform safe decommissioning and removal, disconnect all utilities within 10 ft, dismantle temporary piping and supports, load the boiler for transport, perform crane/rigging as needed, and restore the site.
