The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to issue a modification under existing contract N00024-15-C-5151 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. This contract modification also contains scope for Aegis land-based tactical sites, transition out, and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) capability upgrades. The modification will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
