The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists with a small business size standard of $13.5M and 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians) with a small business size standard of $9.0M. The Request for Proposals using the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-2 in conjunction with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be issued on or by October 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, key personnel qualifications in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Past Performance and Price.
