The intention is to procure this item on a competitive basis. The Government requires one (1) Index MS24-8 CNC, brand name or equivalent, multi-spindle automatic lathe, that meets the following technical performance requirements: Collet System. Red/Yellow/Green Patrol Light System. 1,000 PSI Coolant System with 8 outputs for water. Tri-Mist Mist Collection System. HEPA Filter for Mist Collection System 6 Barfeeder including installation 60 parts per minute. 10,000 rpm spindle speed 220v main power, UL listed electrical cabinet. Submission Details: Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to submit a capabilities statement with the following information: NAICS and Product Service Code (PSC) Ability to provide a product that meets the above specifications. Historical information demonstrating the contractor s ability to provide the product. Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and a brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of multi-spindle automatic lathe. Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above. In addition, please provide the firm s name and address, website (if applicable), point of contact with telephone number and email address, CAGE Code and DUNS number, and size of business (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.).
