The 136th Airlift Wing requires minor construction/renovation in multiple buildings at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to accomplish the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Requests for Information shall be submitted no later than 1:00PM CT on 19 August 2025 to the following email address: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil Project specifics may be found in the attached solicitation and SOW. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 13 August 2025 (b) Site Visit Time: 1:00 PM (Local) (c) Site Visit Location: 100 Hensley Field Ave, NAS/JRB, Texas (Zip Code - 76127) (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above.
