MSG Passenger Van Replacement for the U.S. Consulate Adana 19TU10-26-Q-0003

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate Adana, Trkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. No paper copies will be mailed. The contractor is required to provide the United States Government (USG) MSG Passenger Van Replacement for the U.S. Consulate Adana. The anticipated performance period is for 60 (sixty) calendar days, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a Trkiye Branch Office located in Trkiye. The prices shall include all labor, materials and equipment, transportation and handling, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of the delivery upon receipt of a proper invoice. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract. Dear Prospective Offeror: The U.S. Consulate Adana invites you to submit a quotation for Acquisition of MSG Passenger Van Replacement for the U.S. Consulate Adana. For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the information as required in Section 3 of the Solicitation. The U.S. Consulate Adana intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
