The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain sixteen (16) new motorcycles IAW with attached Sailent Characteristic list, consisting of an even split eight (8) sport-style and eight (8) cruiser-style models, to support the Joint Base Charleston Motorcycle Safety Training Program. All motorcycles must be new, with model years 2023 2025 acceptable, provided they are unused and unmodified.
