This is a pre-solicitation notice, there is no Request for Proposal (RFP) or related documents at this time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Expeditionary Division (TAE) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W5J9JE25R0008 for Mosul Facility Security Enhancements in Mosul, Iraq. The work consists of the construction of two guard towers, installation of Interlocking Alaska Barriers and the connection of an existing 500 KVA generator to the facility electrical system. Work must include all labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work.

Amendment 0001: This Amendment, 0001, updates the Bidder Inquiry Key in the Instructions to Offerors section. The purpose of this amendment (0002) is to:1. Provide Government responses to inquiries received during Request for Information (RFI) period.2. Provide updated design package (Attachment D)3. Provide Appendix B - Generator InformationAll other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
