The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Lexington, Kentucky. The physical address is FMC Lexington, 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, Kentucky 40511. The contract type is an indefinite/delivery requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be based on price and past performance. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year with four 12-month option years for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government.
