Decision: 385 Investments LLC. maintains an active registration in www.sam.gov; they have a highly favorable performance record in CPARS; they have no debarments, suspensions, or federal tax delinquencies; and are otherwise eligible to receive this BPA (see full responsibility determination on file). Based off adequate competition the pricing has been determined fair and reasonable at time of award for 12445525C0024. Market conditions since contract award do not trend towards reductions in pricing: and the minimal quantities required, would not favor the possibility of bulk discount(s).
