Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Post continued contractor's Questions and Answers. 2. Extend contractor questions deadline from 3/9/2026 at 12p PT to 3/23/2026 at 12p PT. 3. Extend solicitation close date from 3/19/2026 at 3p PT to 4/2/2026 at 3p PT. 2. Provide amended SOW to include the changes listed below: List of changes: 1.2(a)(1) Original Text: Feeder Cable Installation: The Contractor shall procure and pull a 120-strand single-mode fiber optic feeder cable from the designated Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) located in the server room of the Administration Building, through existing and new vaults/conduit to the furthest vault in the housing area for mid-span cable distribution. Changes: Added "minimum" after "120-strand" Added "A 144-fiber cable is alternately acceptable if sourcing a 120-fiber cable is more difficult or costly." at the end of the paragraph 1.2(d)(2) Original text: Ethernet Cable Installation: The Contractor shall supply and install an RJ-45 patch panel and pull and terminate one (1) Cat6E Ethernet cable from the patch panel to each WAP location. Changes: Replaced "Cat6E" with "Cat6A" Added "Use of standard Cat 6 Ethernet cable is also acceptable." at the end of the paragraph. 3.6 ASPHALT Added additional requirements in sections E "construction" and F "asphalt application" as required by park maintenance responsible for maintaining the road.
