The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for a new mooring winch system including twenty (20) new mooring winches, three (3) centralized AC electric motor driven hydraulic power units, (HPUs), hydraulic piping, and associated deck sheave assemblies and fairleads for the replacement of the USACE Vicksburg District 400 foot long Mooring Barge. The solicitation number is W912EQ25RA006 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 333923. Response to this solicitation must be in accordance with section L of the attached solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated therein.
