This Sources Sought (SS) is issued solely for market research purposes to determine potential sources. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. This is a Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) procurement and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). However, in accordance with Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 64-119, the Contracting Officer may use FAR guidance at their discretion. Moody AFB is seeking for capable vendors for a small construction project. The original concrete coating on a building breezeway has been ground off and removed. This requirement would consist of concrete surface preparation, including mechanical grinding and repair of cracks and spalls, followed by the application of a commercial-grade chip coating system. The estimated square footage is 550 sq ft, including one stairwell and 7 additional entry steps. This work is inside a breezeway on the first and second floor of the building.
