This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444826Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the building and installation of welded wire cages around planted seedlings in the timber harvest units located at the Monongahela National Forest.
