The Indian Health Service - Nashville Area plans to procure on a sole source basis, services necessary for Art Therapy at Mid-Atlantic Service Unit. The response close date of the notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). This acquisition will be processed IAW FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) The Contractor shall provide all labor and material. The intent is to complete a sole source award directly to Start Up! Art Therapy as the only vendor capable of providing artwork for Indian Health Service Nashville Area Mid-Atlantic Service Unit. All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government.
