The Indian Health Service - Nashville Area plans to procure on a sole source basis, services necessary for Art Therapy at Mid-Atlantic Service Unit. The response close date of the notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). This acquisition will be processed IAW FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) The Contractor shall provide all labor and material. The intent is to complete a sole source award directly to Start Up! Art Therapy as the only vendor capable of providing artwork for Indian Health Service Nashville Area Mid-Atlantic Service Unit. All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than stated above.
