Provide nonpersonal services for molecular testing of infectious diseases to support DDEAMC. Supply an FDA-approved molecular diagnostic system plus all required supplies, equipment, tools, reagents, training, and maintenance to operate the system, including current panels and any future FDA-approved panels added during the contract.

Testing panels include enteric and extended enteric panels for common GI bacterial pathogens (with differentiation of Campylobacter jejuni/coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Shiga toxin–producing E. coli, Yersinia enterocolitica, Enterotoxigenic E. coli, Plesiomonas shigelloides, Vibrio), C. difficile, Group B strep, MRSA, and a vaginal panel covering bacterial vaginosis, Candida, and Trichomonas. The analyzer must be located at DDEAMC and capable of batching at least 24 patient samples per run by one technician (about 4,500 samples annually), offering ultra-high reliability and minimal specimen processing with integrated sample extraction and detection. It must include integrated software for final result calculations and be fully compatible with the Military Health System Genesis (MHS-G) or the facility LIS.
