If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown in paragraph 3. Quotations of the Cover Letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quote at the lowest price. The U.S. Embassy Tokyo intends to award the Purchase Order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and walk-through at the site, and the date for the conference and site visit is in the soliciatation.
