Subject to NAICS 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing. The minimum requirements are as follows: High-pressure breathing air compressor capable of delivering at least 6000 PSI to fill SCBA cylinders Air quality meeting NFPA 1989 standard for breathing air quality Multi-stage filtration system with moisture separators, oil separators, and CO/CO2 removal Cascade storage system capable of holding at least 2 cylinders with a capacity of 6000 PSI Weather resistant trailer (on which all elements of the system must be mounted/stored/operated) equipped with all appropriate attachments/accessories to meet DOT regulations Powered by either an electric or engine-driven motor, suitable for both stationary and mobile use An efficient cooling system which would ensure continuous operation in high-temperature environments User-friendly control panel with digital readouts for pressure, temperature, and operational status.
