This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the MNARNG USP&FO, Purchasing and Contracting, to provide for the State s Bulk Food Program. The Bulk Food shall be ordered, processed, and delivered to over 100 locations throughout the State of Minnesota. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about Feb 15, 2026. The government intends to solicit as Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 722310 Food Services Contractors; the size standard is $41,500,000. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
