This requirement is a sole source follow-on production contract to an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4022 (Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects) & DFARS 206.001-70 (Exception for prototype projects for follow-on production contracts). The incumbent from the OTA is SAAB Inc. (CAGE Code 1EG52). The agreement N666041890001/N666042493202 was competitively awarded through the Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC) 23-01-003.
