The MK 41 VLS Launcher Production Industry Day is scheduled from 10 March 12 March 2026 commencing each day at 0900 Pacific Time at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Port Hueneme, CA, Building 1386. The Industry Day will consist of a consolidated main session (Day 1) on 10 March 2026 with all interested industry participants. At the conclusion of the main session, the Navy intends to provide interested industry participants a tour of the NSWC PHD Surface Weapons Engineering Facility (SWEF) where participants will have an opportunity to view MK 41 VLS equipment and discuss technical questions with NSWC PHD MK 41 VLS Subject Matter Experts. Interested industry participants may also participate in one-on-one splinter meetings with Government representatives The request to register for a one-on-one session with Government representatives should be included with the Industry Day RSVP requirements cited below. The interested parties should provide a ranked list of preference for the 3 available days (March 10, 11, 12) for their splinter meetings in their RSVP request. The Government will make an effort to schedule these in accordance with that preference to the extent possible. NETWORKING: The interested parties should also specify if they would like their company name and a point of contact added to a list of attendees that will be provided to other interested parties for networking purposes. The Government will notify industry participants of the one-on-one session schedule by 18 February 2026.
