Summary

AI-generated · Dec 05, 2025

Provide Mission Video Distribution System (MVDS) Services to maintain and enhance an end-to-end enterprise video solution that supports 9th Air Force / AFCENT operations across the USCENTCOM AOR. The MVDS, located at Shaw AFB and Al Udeid AB, delivers video services from desktop to backend infrastructure and includes presentation, application, network product support, hardware, and storage virtualization. It requires integration, adaptation, and engineering of diverse video streams for multiple systems and transport mechanisms, along with operations and maintenance, software/hardware enhancements, system integration, information assurance, documentation, and user training to ensure continuous MVDS operations.

Procurement history indicates a likely sole-source requirement; interested parties must demonstrate capability to meet the needs and address technical data rights. Responses are via Internet/e-mail; questions or comments should be submitted with company information (name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, phone, email, and business size) to the contracting office. Firms must be SAM-registered to be eligible for award. Monitor for the final RFP, and note that hard copies will not be provided; the government will confirm receipt of submissions.
