1. Introduction The 187 FW is releasing this Sources Sought in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.103-170 to support justification for sole source in accordance with FAR 6.103-1. This requirement is to repair a HALLCO Mini-K back to its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) functionality in accordance with the attached performance Work Statement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a solicitation, and it does not indicate that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. 2. Requirement Overview. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required to perform the repairs and upgrades as detailed in this Performance Work Statement. All parts must be OEM parts. Task 1: Restore System to Previous Condition. The contractor shall supply and install the following components: (4) MPEP Lower Table Cylinder Mount Plates (Part #: 51-9490-A) (3) 100 amp 32V fuses (1) MPEP Lower Table Long Cylinder Mount Channel (Part #: 51-9743) (1) Cylinder Mount channel (Part #: 51-9266) (1) Hydraulic Hose (Part #: 86-9546) (1) Hydraulic Hose (Part #: 86-9547) (1) Mini-K Hydraulic Tee Mounting Plate (Part #: 51-10022) Task 2: Install Support Gussets and Pressure Relief System.
