DLA-Aviation is issuing this source sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a minimum quantity two (2) hard bearing, dual drive, horizontal balance machines that meet or exceed the Society of Automative Engineering (SAE) 1000 class specifications, with a potential quantity option of 2 additional in a follow on fiscal year. In addition to the machines, turnkey services are required as follows: training, technical data (i.e. manuals, drawings), rigging & installation, foundation, and shipping. DLA Aviation is requesting industry input into the feasibility of the government s requirements.
