Work to be accomplished for the D11 Building 219 Renovation includes but not limited to the following: ARCHITECTURAL: - Replace all exterior door weatherstripping - Repaint exterior door assemblies and door frames - Replace building interior finishes ELECTRICAL: - Replace existing receptacles - Upgrade building's interior lighting and controls - Upgrade building's exterior lighting and controls - Upgrade building exit signs, egress lighting, and controls - Support mechanical HVAC upgrades. Update electrical disconnects, conduits, breakers, and conductors to support new equipment - Upgrade the building s emergency power system - Upgrade the existing fire alarm system to a new code-compliant system utilizingthe latest Simplex 4100ES panels with new addressable detection and addressable notification devices.
