Microscope Optical Binocular HT9425-25-Q-0066

Soldier Medical Devices has a requirement to identify and procure a commercial Microscope Optical Binocular with LED lighting and tilting head to include a hardened shipping case. The Microscope Optical Binocular is employed in human and veterinary laboratory sets through the force to facilitate the health and safety of troops and military working dogs to view microorganisms. Critical operational and logistical requirements are outlined in the attached solicitation and requirement documents.

Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier), Soldier Medical Devices (SMD) requires a four (4) Microscope Optical Binoculars for first article testing. The microscopes are to be used for blood and bodily fluid analysis, manual urinalysis crystals and sediments identification, and microscopic identification of pathogens and microorganisms.
