Microelectronics Innovation for Next-generation System Advancement and Validation (MINSAV) Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) FA8650-19-S-1932

Design and fabrication of sensor (signal) generation and processing technologies developed both commercially and by government to strengthen the U.S. commercial microelectronics ecosystem and align commercial development with DoD needs to preserve U.S. technological superiority in warfighting. Experimentation under the MINSAV Advanced Research Announcement will build prototype systems that demonstrate microelectronics capabilities providing technical offsets for DoD-related autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, position, navigation and timing, electronic warfare, data processing, and spatial/spectrally agile and strategic applications.
