The offeror shall provide complete information of the item being quoted in conformance with the requirements stated in the RFQ, such as descriptive literature, manuals, maintenance procedures, technical datasheets, as applicable. Items shall comply with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality and warranty standards that will be stated in the RFQ document. All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
