SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DESCRIPTION The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), California Water Science Center (CAWSC), requires quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) analyses of cyanobacteria DNA as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, and associated size standard $19.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code F999, Other Environmental Services. This service is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determinations. Wage Determination # TBD based on the contractor's location.
