The contractor shall provide a licensed dentist between the hours of 0800-1630 on Tuesday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR), 5555 Rue Saint Lo Drive, BLDG 205, Reisterstown Maryland, 21136 and at The Flight Surgeon’s Clinic 2624 Fairview Point Road, Building E-6814, Edgewood Maryland 21040. Period of Performance (PoP). The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months. A. Quote Submittal and Inquiries. I. Vendor can submit all questions for this solicitation to ng.md.mdarng.list.uspfo-arpc@army.mil. The Acquisition Team will answer all questions submitted before the deadline which is 11:00AM on Friday, 06 June 2025. No more questions will be entertained after the deadline. II. Any quotes received after the deadline will not be evaluated. B. Instructions to Offerors. I.
