Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Contractor will deliver, install, operate, and maintain a bulk medical oxygen supply system for the NIH Clinical Center and CRC hospital. The system includes a 6,000-gallon main oxygen tank plus a 500-gallon reserve and a separately located 500-gallon redundant reserve tank, delivering an FDA-certified medical gas supply in compliance with NFPA 99. It must include all required components and services (delivery, preventive maintenance, routine service, equipment repair, annual inspections/certification, training, and emergency service) and be capable of uninterrupted operation at NIH Bethesda. The work is structured as a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and three one-year option years, and bids must provide a price breakdown for the base year and each option year, evaluated on technical capability, price, and past performance.

An amendment has extended the submission deadline. The solicitation remains otherwise unchanged, and proposals should reflect the required technical capabilities and maintenance/service scope in addition to price.
