The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional MEDIA DESTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE PHOENIX AREA INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES (PAIHS) LOCATED IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance Estimated base period of 04 AUGUST 2025 thru 3 AUGUST 2026.
