PROJECT OVERVIEW: The Defense Contracting Services Office - Richmond is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing Mechanical Building Maintenance Services at the Defense Logistics Agency, Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (Facility) 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-0621. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Routine mechanical maintenance Operation and repair of equipment Minor alterations General care and upkeep of mechanical systems The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation to perform the services in accordance with applicable industry standards, codes, regulations, and federal specifications. The prime contractor must be able to self-perform at least 90% of the mechanical building maintenance services. Additional details can be found in the Draft PWS (attached).
