A. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for a Dyno Test Cell unit to the United States Marine Depot Maintenance Center (MDMC). This requirement is for the delivery and installation of a Dyno Test Cell unit. (See Section C of RFQ and attached Statement of Work for technical specifications) B. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Quoter’s for consideration must meet the minimum technical specifications identified in this RFQ. In addition, the Quoter must manufacture at least 90% of the Dyno Test Cell unit. This requirement is full and open. C. The NAICS code and PSC code applicable to this requirement are as follows: NAICS – 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals) PSC Code – 6625 (Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments) The Government intends to award on the initial quote and advises Quoters to submit their best terms and prices in their initial Quote.
